I did these about 2 weeks ago. I foiled on rack and not the other, cooked them for 6 hours. Both racks came out really tender, both wanted to fall off the bone. I did not add anything to the wrapped ribs and when I unwrapped them bones were immediately falling out. My wife loved them, I prefer more tug than that, and I generally like baby backs better. Anyway without further waiting.. Non wrapped rack. Wrapped rack. Dinner, with my garlic cheese bread. She's a dry rib person and i'm a wet rib person but I did them both dry.
