Currently, I have 1 whole rack of spare ribs in my MES 30. By removing a shelf I was able to get the rack in without cutting it. I'm going to let it smoke for 6 - 7 hours. If I had more ribs in my MES 30, would my smoke time have to increase? I'm not certain what would happen by having more than 1 meat in the smoker at a time. Thanks!
