Heres the start, i bought these at sav alot that is a generic grocery store but these ribs look great!! I hope they taste as good as they look, didn't get pic of them rubbed yet already wrapped up, but the pic of the small rubbed rack was a last minute pick up at winn dixxe while i was getting apple juice to spray them with. Ohh and had to throw in pic of a new sauce that i just tried and its pretty damn good!!! Im gonna smoke these tomorrow on my second day of unemployment, hell i did alot today between these and the sausages!! I didnt use the regular rub this time, i used different stuff.

Thanks I would have been there nine years in September, but ive seen it slowing down for a long time.

I used webers kickin chicken seasoning, salt, pepper on the little rack and montreal chicken seasoning, a little bit of regular rub, salt, pepper on the one i trimmed, i like that montreal chicken seasoning on steaks so i figured why not try on ribs. Where did you get that i like the Gators? My brother is the bigger fan and he got me into them too, but im not a die hard gators fan, Tampa Bucs is my team.
