I'm doin Spare Ribs today with the temp at 5 degrees with a wind chill of -9 below.
AND LOVIN IT!!!
WHERE'S MY MEDS?

Here's the q/view:

Not much there. It's only my wife and our 13 yr old. But, this time I could've eaten a whole rack.
It didn't fall off the bone but when you bit in to it, it pulled nicely off the bone. This has got to be the best yet. I did mine with KC rub and hers with a Sweet rub.

I'm in WNY and it's about 10 or lower... smokin' some ribs :D

It was hard to regulate the temperature at first..but after 1.5 hours I finally got it to a nice 230 degrees.

What method will you use to tell if they are done?

goodluck!

It's crazy cold and we have at least a foot of snow here in the "Belt" but the GOSM will be chugging away soon with some chicken and ABT's for the football game (s)

This calls for a COLD BEER!!!

Man what you guys won't do for good smoke dinner. I cann't say much being in Florida.

Great looking smoke Ray. Especially in those conditions

I just about heard enough from the Arizona gang. lol I think all of ya out there know my step-daughter and she tryin to get ya'all to harass me into going out there to live. Well, I'd like to say it's workin but I have some things brewing here that may or may not work out. If I do go out, it'll probably be around Sedona or Cottonwood/Cornville area if not Flagstaff. If it is Flag then nothing will change, I'll still be smokin in the snow. LOL
But anyhow, nuts? You stand to be corrected. As MossyMo puts it in another thread It's addiction, commited, obsession, dedication, devotion, and pleasure.
Take care chefrob and thanx for the comment. Huh, I never saw a Steelers fan in Arizona when I did live out there before.
lol
And everyone else too, thanx for the great comments.
