I was just wondering what the foil does to the ribs?the reason is I have a cousin who has a 5 yr old elcheapo that he loves.anyway when he cooks ribs he just dumps a bag of coal,little wood and lets it burn down some and then puts in the ribs,he turns down the vents(both)lets them cook bout 3hrs,flips them and they cook another 2 or so,then the last hour he slaps on the que in 30 min cycles.the ribs come out tender and VERY tasty!!the reason i got a smoker!alot of info for a short question huh?lol
