Beautiful day today with temps in the low 70s, although there is quite a bit of wind. Got the week off work for Spring Break. Decided to use the opportunity to do a little barbecue. On tap for tonight: St Louis Style Barbecue Ribs.

A little que view for the friends of the forum.

I'm an hour in. Gonna foil after 2 hours. Keep you posted.

Wrapped at 3. Wind picking up. Fighting temp spikes, but so far so good. Wrapped with butter and my homemade sauce. Spritzed with half apple juice and half apple cider vinegar.

Let you know when they are finished.
