 SOLD   Used Southern Pride SC-600Sm Smoker/Roasting Oven

USED Southern Pride Model SC-600SM Electric Commercial Smoker and Roasting Convection Oven. The SC-600-SM smoker/roasting oven is equipped with (8) 33-1/2" x 31" food racks for a total of 57.7 sq. ft. of cooking surface capacity, food racks are spaced 5" apart. The oven accepts hardwood logs, hardwood chunks, wood chips, charcoal or sawdust for smoking products. It has an electronic controller with an easy to use key pad for setting cooking temperature, times, and cooking menus, with a temperature range 0f 140-325 degrees. The SC-600-Sm Southern Pride smoker oven is built with an all 18 gauge stainless steel construction, and stands 12-1/2" off the ground on legs with heavy duty breaking casters. 208 VAC, 60 Hz., 1-phase, 50 Amps.

This unit is in exceptional condition with practically no hours of use!
