South Georgia and new to smoking

  1. I found this forum last night on a google quest to find a good article about smoking a pork loin. I didn't get it quite right, but the amount of right that I did achieve, has me hooked.

  4. I don't have a smoker yet, I actually used my charcoal master forge grill and used indirect heat. I do plan on shopping for a smoker now tho.

    Mark you can do quite a bit of smoking with a grill.indirect with some lump wood and coal,thats all you need.I just did a pork shoulder for a Lechon on the grill.
