I have a new CharBroil electric smoker. I have had 2 charcoal smokers over the last 10 years but just switched to the electric. I've had it for a month and have so far made something new each weekend. Smoke fish and fish dip. (Salmon and cod), pork butt, brisket and prime rib.

Loving it and looking to expland by options into chicken and anything else.

Love reading everyone input this am, so I had to join!

Welcome from SC. It's good to have you on this great site. Good luck with your chicken. Go to the search bar at the top of the page and look up spatchcocked chicken. This method really turns out some awesome chicken or turkey. Give it a try.

Good luck and good smokin', Joe
