Hey guys Bizkit here. I've been catching the threads for opinions on stuff over the months and just now taking the time to introduce myself. Keeping it real in the DFW area. In the process of my first smoker build though I've owned many over the years. I've been smoking for about 15 years but not as consistently as I'd like. Hoping to start some competition cooking this year. I'm always open to ideas on how to improve cooking and fabricating. I've attached a pic of my rig during the first fire to test the draw.

Thanks and yes it should be.  Before it's all said and done it'll have some wood storage, gas burners, griddle and quick connect for turkey fryer.  Should make a great competition/catering rig if I ever sell it.
