My location is Collinsville IL close to st Louis Missouri. My hobbies are running,cycling,swimming and dog shows. I'm a nurse and into healthy eating and weirdly not a big fan of meat.

Thanks Duke! I was vegetarian for 18 yrs and it was very unhealthy. I eat chicken and salmon and I did eat that pulled pork! Lol!

Welcome to the forum. There are actually a lot of non-meat things folks here do with there smokers so you may be pleasantly surprised if you poke around a bit.

Welcome! My wife was a vegetarian for 14 years. Then she had a bite, okay half of one of my grilled burgers. She still won't eat pork, except bacon.
