I've been lickin my lips for over a week just droolin at the thought of standin at the counter pickin at the carcass of a fried turkey. I bought a couple on sale right after thanksgiving and gave them 4 days to thaw... and into the fryer. Bird One! Bird Two! Didn't have to bother with dinner. By the time I had these carved and bagged... I was full as a tick. I didn't want all this hot oil to go to waste so I slammed some bacon around some italian sausage and into the hot oil it went. These are the next thing goin into the smoker. Sliced up and layin on a bed of sketeeee noodles and marinara sauce. Good Lord! Thanks for checkin out my no smokin QVIEW!
