Hi I'm sophiahb, I'm from Rio Hondo Tx. I've been following this forum since it started but never had the chance to join until now. I love to cook anything and everything, especially bbq. Down here in sth tx that's what we do. I have been smoking meat for sometime now and really want to compete. I think my brisket comes out the best. As for smokers I own many from Cajun injector, Webber's and brinkmans.
