Started a Ham roast, some ribs and garlic about 30 minutes ago. Pics will be posted throughout the day. In there for about 30 minutes now. Now got the ribs wrapped in foil, doing the 3-2-1 method. Ham roast is out, wrapped in foil, wrapped in towel, in a 7 day cooler. Garlic is done, actually I took it at the 2 hour mark and it was not done, so I put it back in, heat, no smoke. What you see here are the Ribs, foil taken off, set back in the smoker to dry off, BBQ sauce slathered on, full smoke for the following 20 to 30 minutes, then shut the smoker off. Ribs out and done The mess to clean up afterwards. Got it almost all away before rain hit. had to run out and grab the cooler the Ham Roast was in. Overall, great day has been had, everything will make it's way into the freezer for eating at a later date. Had my BFF stop by and take a look, I had offered a space in this smoke for him, but due to work, he was not able to get the meat he wanted. Too bad for him, heh?
