Hey from Omaha NE! Just got my first grill and seeing as how most of Y'all have actual smokers I will probably be crucified here for saying that I bought it with a built in side smoker. Lol but whatever, it works! I just have to watch it a lot closer because I don't have all these fancy electric temp gauges like half of y'all. I love to smoke tho! And I haven't had any complaints yet. That all might Change this weekend with me doing my first Pork Loin Roast. Anyone wanna share some delicious recipes for this endeavor?
