Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend! I'm sure most of our smokers were hovering around 225...ha!
Anyway, I was in St. Louis over the weekend visiting my family for my nephews 1st birthday (smash cake...awesome!) and baptism, but unfortunately my fiance was unable to come. So last night when she picked up my from the airport she told me she had a surprise for me, 3 days apart, immediatly my mind went into the gutter...naturally
BUT to my surprise when I got home she told me to close my eyes...when I opened she bought me a 22.5 Weber One Touch Silver! I had mentioned a while ago that I wanted a charcoal grill and pretty much left it at that. I've got my drum for smoking and my propane grill for quick and easy, but there is just something about charcoal grilling that can't be matched. She could have easily gone and got me a grill that would rust away in a month, but instead she did some research and got me the Weber...how awesome is that!?!?
Sometimes fella's...your girl does listen and...she "gets" you.
