Heading over to see some friends and have a few too many adult beverages. They asked if I could be so kind as to bring some of my ribs they love. An excuse to smoke ribs? I'm all in. Even made a batch of smoked jalapeño bbq sauce. All rubbed and going in.

The ribs were delicious. Starting to get them to be to my liking. It's only taken me 5 years to perfect them. Lol. I've had many pounds of delicious mistakes. Last nights ribs were said to be better than any of the rib joints in town.

BBQ sauce sounds good. Is it from the site or care to share your recipe?

I'll put it on this thread tomorrow night. I'm still at work and don't remember the exact measurements.

Thanks disco! Means a lot coming from a smoking veteran like your self. They were the best I've made in my 5 years of doing them.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who uses "Foiling Fluid" to cook with 😁
