Not sure what to call these. I used some of the Beer-B-Q rubbed, garlic chipotle pork I smoked and wrapped it in my bierock dough...

the garlic chipotle injected hunka pork....

I mixed in some hot Q sauce.....

then rolled out my dough and filled with the spicy pork...

I brushed the tops with butter and sprinkled with onions...

They were tasty!

Thank you for checking out my pork buns. :)

I know what to call them. YUMMY. Those look great Jeanie. Great Job.

I bet the dough added some great depth and flavor to the overall meal.

Thanks, they were pretty tasty! I use this same dough to make bierocks and sandwich bread. It's tasty hot out of the smoker or oven.

Hows the bread after it cools down? is it still really good? or is it better heated up? Think it would be good to wrapped sausage or hotdogs in?

Jeanie, I can't believe you wrote this......

(Thank you for checking out my pork buns. :) ROTFLMAO

The Chinese have the same thing only steamed and it's called (ro-bao-ds) and usually eaten for breakfast.

Darn it girl you have done it again. Another fine recipe for the list at the house and this one would be good with all kinds of fillings. I know it's a pastry fattie. Brought to you by a fine campsite chef Jeanie.

Jeanie, thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe! I will be trying it soon for sure. They look delicious and I may sneak some shredded cheese inside for grins. Thanks, B.

Brian, I like them cold or hot but usually heat it up before eating.

Another fine looking meal, Jeanie! I could camp out at your doorstep day after day. I would even help tend the smoker.

Jeanie, as always you've created a great dish w/out going the Bobby Flay complexity route. Have you thought about writing a cook book?

Just for future reference...

Next time you're showing off your buns, the line starts behind me.

Great looking meal cowgirl. Love how you took PP and made it something special.
