Some Landjaeger

    I made these before we left PA. This is a Rytek recipe. Used cure 2

    Here is the LJ i cut up today. Like the way the salt is on the outside of the casings.

    They look awesome, as good as the German meat markets in Chicago. How do they taste?

  9. Those bring back memories.  I loved them when in Germany.  We would get LJ and brotchen for lunch mid mission.  I need your recipe.

    How long did those hang in the chamber? I like the salt look on the outside too. Very nice!
