I have been lurking around for the past couple of weeks and have finally signed up. I recently purchased the GOSM Big Block from Bass Pro Shops and it will be delivered on July 6th. I enjoy cooking and barbequing. Learning how to smoke is something I have always wanted to do and I finally have the space to get into it. I just signed up for the 5 day course and will be reading through the forums to get some basic skills. planning on trying a brisket first... but can't wait to do ribs and shoulder. Fish and sausage sound interesting too. Looking forward to being part of the community.
