so a pig walks into my house (Q-View)

and I turned it into a fatty!

me and my buddy wanted to make an ultimate pig fatty, so we started with a normal pork sausage. (They didnt have any other choices) crisped up some bacon, and pork pepperoni.



layered with bacon, pepperoni, and sharp cheddar

Did I forget the honey maple ham we put on top of the bacon before we wrapped it?


all wrapped up, and ready to go



had to wait, and take these bacon wrapped drumsticks off first



We are close!


We thought there should be some cheese on top of it too...

all in all, it was the best fatty I have ever smoked. Next time Im gonna try and incorporate even more pig into it!

OMG!!! That fattie looks delicious! A couple eggs on the side and a cup of coffee and I will be right there!!

Oh Yeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh, now that's one helluva good lookin fattie!!!!
Good mixture of ingrediants, the ham, the bacon and then topped off with cheese, I gotta try one just like this!!!!! Great smoke ring too!!!!

Now thats an a load of heart stopping goodness there. What a great mixture of parts and pieces of the pig and throw a cheese blanket. Absolutely a great breakfast item with a couple of eggs and you'll be in heaven. Pig Heaven that is. Oh shucks I forgot about the chicken legs how did they come out now you have the dinner covered with the yard bird parts too.

Thanks! I smoked it with a mutt mix of mesquite, oak and a little hickory. next time I was to put some chorizo in it too... I think it would add a great burst of flavor.
