I'm Mike from Mass. I do Competition BBQ a few times a year,cooking on old standby modified cookers,as well as ones I build myself as a hobby from the day job of Autobody Framework. I'll be wearing a aircast on my leg for a few months,so it should be interesting at the next few contests!!
