I got about 9 pounds of CB that I gotta do something with today or tommorow.. according to the fry test it ain't gonna get no better.
bout'the way we like it NOW.. BUTT !! the conditions just ain't the way I had planed when I put it on to cure.


Will I get drummed outta the club if I do it in the oven ? Hemi..

Dig a path to the smoker and smoke em. I think things taste better when smoked in the cold anyways.....does something to the fire ;) hehe
 
This is my first attempt at CB but I been reading up on it here in the forums.

I found that 6 days was about right as far as taste goes. I prepared a mix
of peach pie filling and honey with coarse black pepper rolled on . Also I
found early on in this smoking thing that I do a LOT better with plastic food preperation gloves on. It stays cleaner and the phone don't ring
or NOBODY knocks onna door unless me hands are up to my elbows in mess...






I am gonna place them back inna fridge and smoke them starting inna morning.. Will post them after they are 'SMOKIN' Hemi

Good thing you still got power there Hemi, heard lots of folks lost theirs.
Haven't heard if my Sister has power or not but at least they have a wood stove so they can stay warm, and a charcoal smoker for hot meals
