Snake River Farms Kurobuta Spareribs

    Got 3 free racks of spare ribs from Snake River Farms with a coupon. Plan to make them tomorrow. Planning to cook as I usually do ribs (3-2-1 method). These are smaller than normal spare ribs, more comparable to the size of baby backs but maybe thinner. Anyone made these before or have any tips? I am thinking to cook them 2-2-1 to ensure they don't get over cooked. Appreciate any help.

    I'll post pics of the cook tomorrow.

    They'll be done when they are done. The 3-2-1 and 2-2-1 methods are just guideleines and the times can be adjusted. Personally I don't foil pork ribs. I cook them straight through. I look for pull back on the bone and use the bend test to check for doneness.
