Just started smoking with my new electric smoker my wife got me for Christmas. Best gift ever. Have smoked a load of baby back and whole chickens. Getting the art down so I can focus on the extras like rubs and techniques. I am from texas so I feel the pressure to smoke like a champ. Excited to be a part of a community of smoking enthusiasts.
