SmokinNubie sound off

  1. Just started smoking with my new electric smoker my wife got me for Christmas. Best gift ever. Have smoked a load of baby back and whole chickens. Getting the art down so I can focus on the extras like rubs and techniques. I am from texas so I feel the pressure to smoke like a champ. Excited to be a part of a community of smoking enthusiasts.

  3. Here is my first shot at a pork loin. Just did a dry run and been going for about three hours at 250. Wish me luck

  4. Pulled it at 163 and wrapped it for about 20 minutes. For my first one it was good and juicy.
