Smoking the wild from IL

Love to smoke wild game and fish because I'm a huge hunter and fisherman. Pretty new at it but I've got a bradley and love it because it's so easy to use!! I'm sure a lot of you will probably raz me cause i use a bradley but It's all good like I said just getting into it. Hope to get some good tips and cooking techniques from everyone

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
