Looking for some advice. I want to smoke Mac and cheese and also some ribs. I was going to put the ribs above the Mac and cheese. I have a materbuilt electric smoker. It says not to put foil on racks. Will all the Greece from the ribs drip into the Mac and cheese. Or should I put the Mac and cheese up top.

As they suggested put the Mac N Cheese on top. Just an FYI, while you can't put foil on the shelves you can always put foil pans on any shelf. The foil on shelves blocks the airflow.
