Smoking ribs for neighbors

  1. Got the ribs trimmed and slathered in rub. Will give the a good 6 -7 hours to smoke tomorrow. Should be good I hope.

    what kind of Ribs and are you going 3-2-1? Cant wait to see the Qview

    7 might be too long on the smoker? What temp are you going to have the smoker at?

    Sounds like a good day... Right before Christmas, I cooked up a a few racks for the neighbors as presents. They sure ate 'em up. Sure your neighbors will be most appreciative as well.

  10. Ok the Smoker is heating up. Going to do the ol' 3-2-1 on this one. Will post more pics as the smoking progresses!
     
  11. Shooting for 220 - 230, will cut it down to 6 hrs on this one.
