hey guys i got a few pound's of premade breakfast sausage that i want to give a maple smoke too.  How hot should i get the internal temperature? not sure if i want to cold smoke it or hot smoke it enough to were its precooked.  did some searching but didnt find too much about smoking premade sausages.  these are the casing style breakfast sausage, not flat ones.  TIA using a landsmann electric smoker.

basically im not sure if i should cook them all the way through or just give em a cold smoke.  and if so what temp do i need for both

Depends on if there is cure in them which I doubt no cure hot smoke to it of about 152 if they have cure have at it for cold smoke at whatever temp you like
