I bought a whole pork butt last weekend and did one half last Sunday, so I was planning on freezing the other half with the dry rub but then my new addiction/hobby got the best of me and I needed to smoke again. So I wrapped the butt super tight in plastic wrap (3 or 4) times and stuck it in the fridge. Just wondering have anyone let their meat sit that long in the fridge before cooking? The main reason why I ask is because I had a lot of people question it by thinking the meat wouldn't be no good but to me it's just like a marinate it's still cool and it didn't smell bad just good. So anyways it's in the smoke now and it's been in there for about 2 hours. Hope the picture uploads from my phone. Smoke on brothers!
