Smoking on a sunday

  1. It's Sunday at smoking nubie's house. Time for some baby backs and some ruby red birds. Used my rub, light coat of extra virgin olive oil and let them sit in a coat of lime juice in the fridge for three hours. Here they are about to go in the magic maker

    That's a new one for me, sounds like I wanna try it for my next run of babies
     
  3. That is my moisture of choice in the summer. Not overpowering but citrus goodness. :yahoo:
     
  4. They are done. 215 for about six hours. The one rack fell apart as I was taking them out. Good sign for the tenderness.
