Smoking Newbie

    Just got the smokenator for Christmas 2014 and smoked up a beer can chicken that was great. Looking for any tips, or help I can get. I have a Weber Performer that I'm using for smoking and a Weber 6 burner Summit gas grill for easy stuff. I smoked the chicken first because it was cheap and helped learn how the smokenator works. I'm looking for my next challenge.

    Welcome aboard.........try pork ribs......2-2-1...that is easy or even pulled pork....Internal temp of 200....both easy. Good luck!!

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
