I just bought a Masterbuilt digital smokehouse electric smoker so I could do our turkey for Thanksgiving, among other things. So far I've done a couple chickens, some turkey legs, and a pork butt.

I've been lurking around here since I ordered the smoker, and thought I'd finally join.
