Hey...my name is Rich. I am from Las Vegas NV. I just got a MES 30" last week and took Sunday off of work to fire it up and watch the football games with some friends. Smoked 2 racks of ribs, 4lbs of chicken wings, and 2 chicken breasts. It all came out great! Getting ready to make my first batch of beef jerky tomorrow. I see how this can get addicting. The wings could have used a little bit more time in the oil but they were still good.
