Smoking my first fatty (Bacon Explosion) today

  1. So far i am a little over two hours into my smoke with the temp hovering right around 150, just waiting for it to hit 160.  The prep was fairly easy and it is filled with onions, garlic, and crispy bacon along with some homemade sauce and rub spices.  I can't wait until it's finally done.  Enjoy the view

    What about the sliced shot??[​IMG]  Just kdding...Great job on what will be the first of hundreds of fatties !![​IMG]

  6. Delivering the sliced shot, the outside smoke ring is nice but i was surprised about the smoke ring that formed in the center but i suppose some air and smoke were able to penetrate through the bottom seam where i rolled it

    Hey Mike (JaxGator) there you go for your sliced shot. You did a great job on your fattie. You will like those things cause they are really good and yumO.
