Smoking Meatloaf

    Hey guys,

      Bout to smoke a meatloaf. Would you suggest sauteing the peppers and onions before putting them in or putting them in the meatloaf raw?

    Make it exactly like you make your meatloaf for the oven.

    Whatever your recipe is, keep it the same. Just put it in the smoker until it hits 160 internal temp.
