Hi,

    I am new on here and I do a hell of a good job on Fish.I have a SmokeyMountain  Propane Smoker.I need to know the Temps and Brines for the stuff in the Title.

I agree with Al - your questions are a little too general - we can address specific questions pretty quickly but these are just too general
