Smoking Meat, Chicken,Beef,Pork

  1. Hi,

        I am new on here and I do a hell of a good job on Fish.I have a SmokeyMountain  Propane Smoker.I need to know the Temps and Brines for the stuff in the Title.

    I agree with Al - your questions are a little too general - we can address specific questions pretty quickly but these are just too general

    1.                Click on "My Profile"

    2.                Click on "Edit Community Profile"

    3.                Fill in or Edit the "Location" field
