Hello all smoking Joel here I have been smoking meat for a couple of years now and have enjoyed it greatly. I started with a Weber performer and then step up to a smoke mountain series lp smoker I really like using my on wood from the woods at my property makes things cheaper I have often thought of making a smoke house at my home but time isn't all here yet for that good to be Smf I have used it for questions since I started [emoji]128526[/emoji]
