Just put on batch of Jerky but nor sure if I'm doing it right.

Got smoker running between 170 and 190.

How long should I smoke it for?

Meet is sliced thin

Marinated it over night in soy sauce, teriyaki  sauce, Worchestire sauce mixture

The meat only has to be at 160°F for about 30 minutes then you can lower the heat 120-140°F and let it go until it reaches the desired texture. The drier you get it the longer the shelf life...JJ
