Hello, My name is Andy I am new to this site so bear with me as I explore the adventures of SMOKING, look forward to reading others posts to get ideas to better myself at something I enjoy doing on the week-ends. I have been smoking for several years and love it, my main meats are Ribs, Briscut, Chicken Quarters and have had great luck with the three, to me one of the most satisfying feeling is to prepare these meats and have family and friends over to enjoy The Fruits of my Labor, and driving the neighbors crazy with that smell of smoke going thru the neighborhood . :grilling_smilie:
