Smoking In Windsor, Canada

Hello I'm Chuck from Canada, recently bought my first smoker/griller a Brinkman to cut my teeth on. I have had a small cast iron smoker box that I have used on my bbq the last few years but finally decided to scratch the itch and by a smoker to start off. In Windsor, there are now 3 local establishments that cater to diners who like smoked meats. The year prior there were none, so the popularity is there. Looking forward to enjoying the warm weather, the smell of good smoke and more importantly a beer and one helluva of a good meal. Once again hello to all and lets start smoking!!!

Welcome Chuck from out here in In BC. I have Kin in Oshawa and Windsor somewhere. BBQ joints seem to have finally made it north of the border, slowly one by one. Not too many out west yet but there are a few.
