Smoking in Tennessee!

  1. Hello everyone!

    I am new to the smoking world but am ready to jump in whole hog( I wish!).  I have smoked chicken, salmon, ribs, jerky,and most recently, a boston butt( didn't go great).  Here looking for advice, tips and any hints you have.
