Got a great masterbuilt signature series electric smoker. Live in an apartment complex. Incredible , been making great ribs and now trying the shrimp/smoked sausage appetizer. Been smoking for about 6 months, don't know what I have been missing.

Welcome to the forum, terminator. Better late than never on the smoking. Best of luck on the new addiction.

Welcome to the group. Glad you joined, saw the shrimp and sausage newsletter the other day and want to try that one. Have done a few of them and always turn out great. Good luck and let us know how they come out.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, bet you are making a lot of new friends, smoking at your apartment

Thanks for the welcome to all. Had the smoked shrimp/ sausage appetizer. Was outstanding. Going to the outer banks for vacation and bringing my first smoker with me. Little red Brinkman . Kept it for traveling, can't be with out the ribs !!!

Just got back from the outer banks, smoked up baby back ribs for 20 family members... Even people that didn't like ribs, loved them. Smokin is the best . Also got some Jack Daniels wood chips that I used with the Hickory chips on the ribs. Really great flavor.
