PA boy here - born and raised in Reading, PA. Lived in the Lehigh Valley for 35 years - then moved to Gladwyne (outside of Philadelphia). Living now in Mount Laurel, NJ. My wife, Toni, is a first generation American - her Sicilian parents raised her right. The woman is amazing in the kitchen (and other rooms as well).

Using my brand new MES 40 - along with Todd's aux. smoker and his termometers. Have done a few pork roasts (super), some ribs, wings, etc. This day we're setting up to do a tenderloin for supper.

I always considered smoking a bit esoteric - until my Toni and I went to Pigeon Forge this spring and found ourselves eating at Tony Gore's. Then we ate there again. Then we headed over to Memphis where we ate at Cozy Corner - we ordered our smoker the day we returned from our trip.

Toni and I are retired and looking forward to gleaning all the info we can from these forums. You've been a huge help so far, believe me.
