Hey Folks, My names John, I'm a Metal Fabricator at a small Fab. shop. I have built a dozen grills over the last 3 years, but this is my first Smoker. I'm a complete novice to the world of low and slow, so any advice, tips, what not too do's, would be most welcomed. The Smoker I'm building is a trailer mounted, reverse flow, with 2 slide out cooking surfaces. The build named it's self, when I discovered the donor tank, was in worse shape than we thought. But we patched it up, with large portions of cut off material. We now call it "Ironside." All materials used, in this build, came from the scrap bin, destined for the scrap yard. Now it will serve a new purpose, and live awhile longer.
