Hello All,

I just picked up a 18.5 Weber Smokey Mountain to join my Weber Genesis in my outdoor kitchen. I have been doing way too much reading on the forum to not introduce myself.

Ill try to post up some pictures of my smoking next time I make a day of it. Still figuring some things out, but have gotten a lot of good info on this site.  I live at elevation, 5800 ft., so that adds to the fun of cooking.

Cheers,

Eric

Welcome to the Weber fraternity, they're loaded with potential. Good that you've already been reading around here!

I'm about to fire up my ancient Weber for some steaks. Man that thing is getting wobbly.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and rainy looking day in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of               information on just about  everything.  Looking forward to watching your build take shape
