SMOKING FOR THE FIRST TIME

I went with the MES30.

After reading lots of posts on this forum, this was my first attempt.

(Not to spoil it, but it came out GREAT!)

Hey Magnum...very cool! My favorite part was watching the look of pleasure (and maybe surprise) on your face when you tasted your own smoked ribs for the first time. Nothing better than that my friend!
