Do I need two different smokers ? One for fish and one for all other meat. Someone told me I do just wondering.

Kind of depends...If you smoke Meat 90% of the time with a few fish smokes here and there, no the fish will not taint the smoker or the rest of the meat. If the opposite is true, consider a separate Fish smoker. That or Clean and Re-season the smoker between long runs of fish and meat...JJ
