Hello to all you antipodean meat smokers, my name is Rob, grew up in Kansas and have been living in Perth Australia for the past 8 years! I joined the smoking meat forums in search of a commercial smoker preferably a J and R Oyler to bring down here for a business I want to start. I've been smoking meat for well over 20 years and built my first one out of an old steel 100 gallon truck gas tank. I bought an Oklahoma Joes offset smoker and brought it here about 5 years ago. Any leads that you could give me on the commercial smoker would be appreciated. I have a Sister in Tulsa so my brother in law may be able to collect it, thanks. Rob

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a nice chilly day in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Gary
