I have a Big Chief electric smoker (first one) have been smoking cheeses for about a year with great success. I want to make the jump to meats. I want to smoke chicken wings. My smoker only gets up to 150 degrees Farenheit. Any advice on how to still get that smoky taste while getting them fully cooked? I was thinking maybe bake at 350 for a bit..any ideas thanks !

Or even grill them before or after smoking. Any hep appreciated ! Thanks

They will be fine , you'll be looking for more recipies for them .

A Wing done on the smoker ( one that can get hotter than your Chief ) , then finished over hot coals for crispiness , is hard to beat ! :drool

Have fun and . . .
